Facts Matter (July 5): Newly Obtained ‘Ballot Duplication’ Documents; Senate Extends Fairgrounds Contract

The audit liaison revealed that they have only now obtained documents related to ballot duplication—which is something crucial to completing the audit. And yet still, the Arizona Senate president said that to this day, they are still waiting for several missing items that were subpoenaed from Maricopa County—but never handed over. She also said that they have extended their contract with the state fairgrounds for another two weeks.

As all of this is happening, the largest newspaper in Arizona filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Senate over information related to the election audit.
