Oksana Skolnaja was born and raised in Vilniud, Lithuania.
She may be young, but she is capable, namely in filleting halibut. Her every move in cutting the halibut is fast, clean, precise, and with amazing speed. Her speed in filleting the fish depends on many factors, such as, sharpness of the knife, her energy level, and her mood and the weather.
She developed this skill herself while working on the boat and filleting thousands of halibut per season. Guess that practice makes perfect, right?
