FDA Authorizes Pfizer Booster for Children 12–15

The FDA on Monday bypassed its advisory panel and extended its emergency use authorization to Pfizer’s COVID-19 booster shot for children ages 12 to 15. The agency also extended the emergency use authorization to Pfizer’s booster for immuno-compromised 5- to-11 year-olds.
