Feds Preparing to Issue Sedition Charges

Federal prosecutors say they’re preparing to charge people with sedition related to the Capitol breach on Jan. 6. They could face up to 20 years in federal prison, according to U.S. District Attorney Michael Sherwin, who says over 400 cases have been opened related to the event.
