College freshman Payton McNabb shares her story of how she’s still recovering from being knocked unconscious during a high school volleyball game in North Carolina last year. Ms. McNabb suffered concussion and whiplash injuries, and continues to suffer partial paralysis—a full year after being hit in the face by a 70 mph volleyball that had been spiked over the net by a biological male volleyball player who identified as female.
