Peabody Award-winning director Leon Lee sits down with The Epoch Times’ American thought leaders in a deep dive on aspects of his new film, Unslienced.

The movie is set in China in the late 1990s. And is based on true events. Lee explains it tells the story of a group of Chinese students and an American reporter’s journey in exposing one of the biggest human rights atrocities in China. And that is the Chinese regime’s decades-long persecution of Falun Gong.

One aspect the movie touches on about the persecution is the methods authorities use against Falun Gong practitioners.
