We all know skill is necessary for survival in the job market.
In our current atmosphere of high unemployment there are many factors that have prevented companies from growing faster due to shortage of skilled workers. Recruiters simply can’t fill these job vacancies. In industries such as manufacturing this problem is particularly pronounced, as the older work force that possessed the right skills is retiring, while the younger generation has shunned careers in this sector.
Therefore the importance of skilled workers should be appreciated all over the world and they should be much better compensated.
The younger generation should also be better trained as they move up the ladder from no skill to semi skilled to skilled or professional.
