NTD spoke to Ed Hajim, the author of “The Island of the Four Ps.” He describes the success he has achieved through focusing on his passions, principles, partners, and plans.
“I think students should graduate both with a degree, a diploma and a life plan, a life design,” he said. “And the life design is written in pencil, obviously, because you want to erase it and change it! But using those four words, in my mind, will help you a great deal.”
