Amid freezing temperatures and severe wind chill, a firefighter in Clearfield, Utah braved a freezing pond to rescue a family’s dog on Jan. 14.
Firefighters at the North Davis Fire District responded to a call on Sunday regarding a family pet stuck in an ice-cold pond. The fireman crawled to the edge of the ice shelf before entering the water and pushing the dog back onto the ice and to safety.
