A South Korean woman was rescued by firefighters from committing suicide on April 22 in Siheung district. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene but failed to persuade her after an hour and a half.

While another man was diverting the woman’s attention, a firefighter descended from the roof. He had no other choice but to kick her in the stomach and she fell backward into the house.

Local media reported that the woman was not hurt during the rescue.
