A little girl had to be rescued by firefighters after she got stuck in a washing machine. The two year-old was found wedged tight into the drum after her family called emergency services. Unable to pull her out, the crews had to dismantle the machine in order to free her.
Footage of the rescue, which took place in Wuzhong, northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, shows the toddler clearly in some distress as firefighters tug to try to release her.
