Firemen save a young man from suicide in nerve wracking incident

In a heart-breaking incident, the courageous efforts of firemen in Malaysia saved the life of a young man attempting to end his life has made viewers around the world shed tears.

The video, posted by the My Youth Crime on Facebook, shows the firemen arriving at the scene where the young man was crouched on the ledge of the building and talking to himself, clearly distressed. The firemen concocted a strategy to delay the man from jumping and prepared everything necessary to save him.

After a few cigarette offers failed to persuade him to come down, one fireman latched on to the distressed man and held on tight. The others quickly joined to help out. It was a truly nerve wrecking scene hearing the struggle and shouts of the young man, the firemen, and the onlookers from the ground.

Thanks to their heroic efforts, the young man’s life was saved.
