Severe storms caused various damages in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico on Sept. 20.
Videos uploaded to social media showed stranded cars, and rivers flowing through the streets of the city in northwestern Mexico.
According to local media, several people have been taken to shelters as more storms are expected.
