Hurricane Florence not only brought rain and strong winds, but also alligators to some local streets in Myrtle Beach.

Local media re-posted a video, shot by some South Carolina residents, showing alligators strolling on the streets on the afternoon of Sept. 14, including one in the Osprey Cove neighborhood. No one was harmed by the gators.

Florence also forced other animals to run for their lives.

Myrtle Beach Police Department posted a video on Facebook showing them corralling ducks back to their cage.

Officers Ewing, Officer Trott, Officer Gross and Officer Levy corralled and secured a flock of domestic ducks that escaped during the storm. #hurricaneflorence
