Forced Labor, Organ Removal Prevalent: State Department Report

Authoritarian regimes like China, North Korea, and Iran have among the worst countries’ human trafficking records, according to Washington’s newly released 2024 Trafficking in Persons report. The report, released June 24 by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, highlights countries across the world that see a prevalence of human trafficking for sex, forced labor, or the forced removal of organs.
