Former Parler CEO: Trump’s Big Tech Lawsuit Unique

Former President Donald Trump wants Google, Facebook, and Twitter to allow him back on their platforms and compensate him for his losses. In a new lawsuit, Trump says that Big Tech is working hand in hand with the U.S. government, specifically the Democrat-aligned part of the government, to suppress him. He argues that makes the platforms state actors subject to the limitations of the First Amendment, i.e., they have to allow freedom of speech.

Mark Meckler, attorney and former interim CEO of the free speech social media site Parler, says this approach has never been tried before. NTD asked Meckler if the former president has provided any specific evidence for his claims.
