Former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro arrived at court on Tuesday for a trial on two counts of contempt of Congress. This comes after a federal judge turned down his executive privilege claim, which would have justified his not testifying before the House Jan. 6 Committee. On his way into court, Mr. Navarro claimed that the case against him is unjust, and called on supporters to help with his “expensive” defense fees.
