France: Security, Safety Concerns at Rugby World Cup

For many England fans, the team’s first match at the Rugby World Cup in France on Sept. 9 wasn’t a pleasant experience. Thousands missed the start of the opening match in Pool D because of limited entry points, an overwhelmed public transport system, and other issues outside the stadium. The difficulties are raising questions about France’s ability to stage big events ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. NTD’s France correspondent David Vives has more.
