French President Macron meets Turkish President Erdogan on sidelines of NATO

France’s new president sat for a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The meeting took place on the sidelines NATO.

The Brussels NATO meetings should tackle issues like terrorism and other world issues of concern.

NATO is an alliance of 28 European and North America. Member states are supposed to aid each other militarily. Many meetings will be held on the sidelines, including a meeting between Macron and President Trump.

Erdogan is also meeting with European leaders and is seeking aid to fight terrorism.
