French Senate Rejects Voting Amendment Allowing Mail-In Ballots

The French Senate rejected a bill that would allow mail-in ballots and electronic votes for the coming election of France’s president, with 321 senators voting against it and 23 for it. But some who pushed the bill continue to defend it.
