French Spider-Man climbs Barcelona tower with no safety equipment

Watch as the “French Spider-Man” climbs a Barcelona skyscraper without safety equipment.

Fifty-five-year-old Alain Robert climbs structures all over the world with no harness or other equipment to protect him from a fall. He has climbed over 100 structures this way.

Robert discussed his motivation.

“I like to accomplish my dreams. Most of the people, unfortunately, they are dreaming their life, me, I’m living my dreams, it’s a completely different way of living,” he said.

The Melia Barcelona Sky Hotel is the fourth tallest building in Barcelona. Police were at the top of the building, waiting to take his I.D.
