Friends and family of Rosalynn Carter mourned her passing at a private memorial service for the former first lady at an Atlanta church on Tuesday. Among those who spoke were her grandson Chip and the Carters’ daughter Amy.
The service also featured a special tribute from country stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood, who performed an acoustic rendition of John Lennon’s “Imagine.”
