FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, who has long denied stealing from customers of his FTX cryptocurrency exchange, asks a judge to drop 10 of the 13 criminal charges in his indictment on June 15.
The hearing is before U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan federal court.
