Top U.S. pension funds have been investing in Chinese companies for years. Some of these companies have ties to the communist regime and the Chinese military. In other words, Americans’ money may play a role in enhancing Beijing’s military and surveillance capabilities. NTD spoke to Frank Gaffney, vice chairman of the Committee on the Present Danger: China, to find out more about what can be done.
