In the Georgia election case, 13 of the 41 charges in the indictment are levied against former President Donald Trump, and allege that Mr. Trump violated Georgia’s laws in the wake of the 2020 election. One law involving racketeering conspiracy accuses Mr. Trump of being the leader of a criminal enterprise aiming to overturn the result of the election in the state.
