Germany, France Target Oligarchs’ Yachts

France has seized a superyacht owned by a Russian oligarch as it was about to sail off. Meanwhile, German authorities deny having taken control of the largest motor yacht in the world, allegedly owned by a Russian billionaire, but say no yachts will be able to leave the port of Hamburg. The moves come as Western states are implementing massive sanctions, including asset freezes, against Russia for invading Ukraine.
