I called my daughter outside to see a squirrel trapped in my granddaughter’s kiddie pool and, of course, being the animal lover that she is, she had to attempt to rescue it! The squirrel was not quite as grateful as she had hoped! It leapt onto her front as she recoiled in horror and ran away screaming! She came away with a scratch on her arm but, after a cautious second attempt, she did indeed manage to rescue the squirrel.
