The Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed a lawsuit against California Governor Gavin Newsom over his vote-by-mail executive order.
Under Newsom’s order, a mail-in ballot will be sent to every registered California voter for the November elections. But the RNC is accusing Newsom of illegally bypassing the state legislature to change the election process.
