Great white sharks were spotted off the coast of San Onofre and Capistrano Beach in California on Wednesday (April 8, 2017).
There were about 15 of them circling the water, as close as the surf line.
Law enforcement helicopters took this footage.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department urged paddle boarders in the area to exit the water calmly and swiftly.
One of the sharks was reportedly 10 feet (3 meters) long.
