Group Sues to Block Biden Administration’s ‘Rubber Stamp’ Parents Council

Parents’ rights groups are suing the Biden administration. That’s over a parents council the Department of Education created last month. The lawsuit claims it’s politically biased and it violates federal law. But the Department of Education argues it will be a “channel for parents and families to constructively participate in their children’s education”.

NTD speaks to Jean Hamilton, the Vice President and the general counsel of America first legal. He filed the lawsuit on the grounds that the new parent council violates federal law.
