A bill seeking to legalize psychedelic drugs has returned and groups have come out to speak against the bill.
The idea was first introduced and ultimately voted down in 2021, but now, the same state senator is introducing a new bill that seeks to legalize a similar but shorter list of psychedelic and hallucinogenic drugs found in plants and psychoactive mushrooms.
