Grubhub Sued for Listing Restaurants Without Permission

Two restaurant owners in California and North Carolina are suing Grubhub for allegedly adding 150,000 restaurants to its database without permission.

One of the restaurant owners leading the lawsuit, Brian Pearson, says Grubhub never approached him for a partnership in the first place and they want 30 percent of the cost of the order.
