On a cold and grey day a deer who fell into an icy river, which was easy to do as there were a thinner patches of ice here and there.
The deer struggled in the cold water, and the more it struggled to get out, the worse it looked. Fortunately, two men on a boat saw the incident, and went over to the deer and tried to pull it up into the boat.
They finally got the deer inside the boat, but to keep from getting kicked or the deer jumping back into the river they had to tie its legs up.
Soon they were on land again, and they put the deer on some dry grass. The deer straighten out it’s legs and took off.
