Haley Using ‘Wait for 2028’ Strategy, Playing Long Game in This Year’s Primaries: Analyst

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, broke former President Donald Trump’s winning streak by emerging victorious from the District of Columbia primary at the weekend. Mike Leon, the director of policy and strategy at the Free and Equal Elections Foundation, told NTD that Ms. Haley is implementing a “Wait for 2028” strategy in the hope of making a dent in this year’s primary.
