Harvey Weinstein is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 1, at 1 p.m. ET in New York after a court overturned his rape conviction, giving the one-time film mogul a chance at a new trial and calling into question what evidence prosecutors can use in future sex crime cases.
