Oatmeal Cookie Dough Cherry Mini-Pies Ingredients

Dough:

1 cup organic rolled oatmeal

1 cup flour

3/4 cup organic butter

1 cup organic whole milk greek yogurt (any flavor)

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda with apple cider vinegar

1 cup organic chopped almonds (walnuts will work too)

4 tbsp raw sugar

 

Oatmeal Cookie Dough Cherry Mini-Pies Filling:

1 lb organic frozen cherries (thawed at room temperature for 1 hour)

2 tbsp non-gmo cornstarch with ½ cup water

Mix well, bring to boil, simmer for about 7-8 min, cool

5 tbsp raw sugar

Oatmeal Cookie Dough Cherry Mini-Pies Directions:

1. Mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with ½ cup water and add to the cherries. Bring to boil, add sugar and simmer for about 7-8 min. Set aside.

12. Now let’s make a dough! In a bowl mix oatmeal, flour, butter, yogurt, egg. Add vinegar to a baking soda and add the bubbly mix to the dough. Add almonds and sugar.23.
