Mrs. Andrews, a math teacher at Joshua High School in Texas, lost her beloved cat when it passed away after 16 years. Her thoughtful students knew that she was mourning, and two days later, they decided to surprise their teacher with two new kittens.

They walked into the room to bring the teacher flowers and cupcakes, but then they revealed the kittens – both tiny, one black and white, ‘Missy’, Mrs. Andrews later named them, and the other grey, ‘Girly’ – and Mrs. Andrews couldn’t hide her shock and surprise.

Surprise turned to joy as she quickly embraced and kissed the new kittens, and the students say that at that moment, the entire class had tears in their eyes as well.
