Central China’s Henan province is still experiencing heavy rains. Parts of the province saw up to 5 inches of rainfall in recent days, and dozens of reservoirs there are starting to overflow.
Some locals in Zhengzhou city say the rain is as heavy as it was in July, during the area’s massive floods. But unlike last time, the city’s subway system is now taking precautions. Locals explained the transit system will stop operating in the case of heavy rain.
