Founder Gaetan Richard took an idea developed in Liège University’s Smart Gastronomy Lab and started this company four months ago.
Along with Easter-themed offerings he produces promotional pieces for a local brewery and a luxury hotel.
Each chocolate beer bottle takes nearly three hours to produce.
Stretched out, the chocolate in one of them would form a line a sixteenth of an inch wide and 80 feet long.
And the name? “Miam” means yum in French—an apt choice to be sure.
