If you’ve ever had a tough time getting out of bed in the morning than you’re going to want to pay attention.

This crazy invention is called the high voltage ejector bed and it does exactly what you think it does. When it’s time to wake up an alarm rings, sirens go off, and it will shoot you out of bed.

Literally.

Ejector Bed

While the high voltage ejector bed is just one of Colin Furze’s insane creations, it may be his most practical.

To build the bed, the YouTube star and inventor constructed a frame for the bed outfitted with hinges that would flip its sleepy occupant into the air. He attached an air compressor and a set of pistons to the bed and after a few cosmetic details in the form of flashing lights and bells were added, the bed was ready to go.

There’s no snooze button on this alarm.

Feeling extra lazy in the morning? Furze demonstrated that the bed can even help you get dressed in the morning. Just make sure you set it at a lower pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher you fly into the air!

If you’re equally impressed and scared by Furze’s ejector bed, check out his jet bicycle. It’s absolutely as dangerous as it sounds.
