Historic winter storms had 65 million people in at least 29 states under various severe weather advisories Wednesday. Nearly two feet of snow are expected in some areas through Thursday, with several inches already on the ground. Ice/snow accumulation and high winds are also causing power outages and thousands of flight cancellations.
