Hong Kong streets flooded after rainstorm

The streets of Hong Kong are flooded after a rainstorm that lasted for hours on Wednesday.

Traffic was slowed down and cars were partially submerged in water.

The Hong Kong Observatory issued amber, red, and black warnings in succession Wednesday morning. Those warnings were canceled later in the afternoon.

Many areas were hit with 2 inches (50 millimeters) of rainfall in the morning, with some places getting around 4 inches (100 millimeters), according to local reports.
