Honoring Native American Veterans’ Military Service

Native American tribal nations have historically had a challenging relationship with the U.S. government since the nation’s founding days. NTD interviewed three American Indian veterans and a senior historian to shed light on why Native American veterans have become the most active minority group to have served in the U.S. military.
