Hospitality Sector ‘Devastated’ by Energy Bills: Expert

The hospitality sector has been devastated by rising energy bills in the UK. Unlike households, businesses don’t have an energy price cap and are thus seeing costs increase by up to 500 percent. Some businesses are considering closing for the winter while others are shutting down for good. NTD spoke to Kate Nicholls, head of trade body UK Hospitality, to learn more about the plight facing the industry.
