The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement holds a hearing at 10:00 a.m. ET. on Sept. 14, on “Terrorist Entry Through the Southwest Border.”

The hearing will “examine the national security implications of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) open-border agenda, including how the Biden Administration’s policies have led to record-high encounters of aliens on the Terrorist Watchlist as well as the mass release of unvetted aliens into U.S. communities.”

WITNESSES:

  • Todd Bensman, Senior National Security Fellow, Center for Immigration Studies
  • Charles Marino, former Senior Law Enforcement Advisor, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary
  • Rodney Scott, Distinguished Senior Fellow for Border Security, Texas Public Policy Foundation
