The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform, and Antitrust holds a hearing on “Climate Control: Decarbonization Collusion in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing” at 10:30 a.m. ET June 12.
The hearing examines whether existing civil and criminal penalties and current antitrust law enforcement efforts are sufficient to deter collusion to promote ESG-related goals in the investment industry.
