The House of Representatives voted 419-1 to add sanctions on North Korea.

The sanctions target North Korea’s shipping industry, and also companies doing business with North Korea.

The point of the sanctions is to encourage North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons program.

The House bill now heads to the Senate.
