House Subcommittee Hearing on Fentanyl Crisis: ‘Inaction Is No Longer an Option’

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Surveillance holds a hearing at 9 a.m. ET on March 1 on “The Fentanyl Crisis in America: Inaction Is No Longer an Option.”

The hearing will examine the flow of fentanyl trafficked through America by criminals and drug cartels exploiting the border crisis.

DEA Special Operations Division, retired Special Agent in Charge Derek Maltz; founder of the Love, Logan Foundation, Erin Rachwal; emergency physician Dr. Timothy Westlake: and Senior Fellow in Health Policy Studies of the CATO Institute Dr. Jeffrey A. Singer will present their testimony.
