Chips, telecoms, and billions in funding from Beijing. China’s telecom giant Huawei is back under fire. Washington-based Semiconductor Industry Association is warning Huawei has found a way to skirt U.S. sanctions, building a slew of secret semiconductor facilities across China.
That’s in violation of U.S. blacklist laws.
