Jury selection began Monday in Hunter Biden’s federal gun case. On Sunday, Mr. Biden’s defense encountered setbacks as a federal judge ruled against one of his expert witnesses and excluded a key piece of evidence. The decisions could make the case more challenging for Mr. Biden, who is charged with illegally purchasing a gun while abusing drugs.
